Clickicube specializes in custom 3D printed toys. All our products are:

• Made from child-safe, non-toxic materials
• Handcrafted with attention to quality and detail
• Subject to availability and production capacity
• Accurately represented in product descriptions and images

Please note that due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in color and finish may occur. Each toy is unique and may have minor imperfections that are characteristic of the 3D printing process.

When you place an order through our website:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You authorize us to charge the payment method provided
• Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway

We currently ship only within Switzerland. Shipping times and costs are outlined on our Shipping Information page.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Custom-made items may not be eligible for return
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after receipt of returned item
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@clickicube.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

While our toys are made from non-toxic materials and designed with safety in mind:

• Adult supervision is recommended for young children
• Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts
• Keep away from heat sources and direct sunlight
• Clean with mild soap and water only
• Inspect toys regularly for damage or loose parts

All content on this website, including designs, logos, text, and images, is the property of Clickicube or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without explicit written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clickicube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our products
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

For custom 3D printed toy requests:

• Additional production time may be required (3-5 business days)
• Final designs must be approved before production begins
• Custom orders may be non-refundable once production starts
• We reserve the right to decline custom requests that are not feasible

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.
